We address self-esteem and the power of positve thinking, for how you feel about yourself can affect you at every stage of the job search process and directly affect your success on the job. Based on assessment, participants are enrolled in one of two tracks; direct job search or career development and training. Career development encompasses identifying strengths, weaknesses and skills in an effort to see what jobs they might be best suited for.
